What is the difference between fifa and winning eleven

Anybody will tell you that Fifa is too easy. I have a freind who plays winning eleven alot. Once he played fifa on world class and beat the computer , and it was one of the first times he had played fifa. Even though I own fifa i think PES is better. I even heard that Fifa basically copied stuff from PES.
